Wooo, finally got time to post again. Weekdays would definitely be difficult for me to update my blog, since i am back late from school, and still have to deal with reports and stuff. Weekends would be the only time i could commit to blogging. Dont be too surprised, if this month i could only up 4 posts or so..... i apologize for that.
Okay, lets get back on track. Kannagi, an average anime with genres of both comedy and romance. Its not really that amazing, there are many other similar animes that are much better. Still, Kannagi is acceptable for anyone who wants to chill or just watch for fun. It was released in late 2008, with a total of 13 episodes. Not much of a plot if you were to ask me, just purely for enjoyment!

*Each town has a sacred tree. In the town that Jin lives in, the Kannagi tree is the sacred tree.

It all begins with an art student, Jin Mikuriya. In an attempt to complete his artwork, he carves a statue using the wood of the Kannagi tree. It was close to completion, until something way impossible happened! The statue fall apart, with a girl emerging from within it. It was later known that this girl was the spirit of the tree that has come to life for some reason. Believed to be a goddess that has descended on earth to eliminate the 'impurities'. Jin unknowingly jion her in her quest, as a more exciting adventure awaits!

Well, it may sound boring. 13 episodes of eliminating impurities??? Nah, its isnt that boring. As more characters gets in place, Nagi (the girl that emerge from the statue) existence gets known to Jin's classmates. What will they do? And what kind of 'impurites' are they facing? Care to find out more.......watch Kannagi!!

Opening song is 'Motto Hade Ni Ne!', by Haruka Tomatsu. Catchy song after you hear it a couple of times! Great artist, great song!!
