Back to anime reviews, and today's anime topic is on 'Infinite Stratos'! Anyways, i would like to apologize for the slow posting even though its holidays, been busy with christmas and stuff. Infinite Stratos, is your everyday harem kind of anime (where there is only 1 male character and many female characters etc.). Mostly for laughs and mainly fanservice, so dont expect any deep shit serious plot to be associate with it. Dont get me wrong, harem's are always good and this show is no exception! People in mobile suits training and fighitng against threats along with complex male-female relationships, thats what i will describe the anime in short. Its all good, this anime succeeds as a harem/humor show. But in terms of action/plot, this anime is pretty bad. Released in january 2011, with 12 in-story episodes and 1 OVA episode. Anyone looking for animes to chill with?? This one is for you!!

The show story lies in the future when technology is at its peak, a mobile suit possessing combat capabilities far greater than any combat system is created. This mobile suit is then given the name, Infinite Stratos (IS). However, the IS can only be operate by females (It happens to only work this way) and has been maintained this way ever since its creation. This 'rule' was only broken when a guy named Ichika Orimura, by accident was found capable of operating an IS. Being the only guy capable of operating the IS, he enters the Infinite Stratos academy, an all-girls academy (where students are trained to operate and combat in an IS). No need me to say, you all can already imagine how this show will be like with just Ichika and 5 specific girls!

In an harem show, its pretty hard to find some decent fights as most of them are just foolish ones. Some will be serious for the first few moments, and then crack us all up when reaching climax. Well 'Infinite Stratos' does not follow this trend, there are indeed serious decent fights (although some of them end pretty quick). Fights that start off in tension and ends right (can be disappointing at times), but well i think its satisfying!
Harem shows also have the habit of having the single guy choosing 1 out of the group of girls. Most of the anime's will just build up this tension then end the show, giving us no answer to the question. While in this anime, it does have the answer to our questions. So yeah, i guess its pretty well done for a harem kind!
Opening song, is 'Straight Jet' by Minami Kuribayashi. Catchy to the ear after listening to it a couple of times, suits the anime pretty well i guess.
