Moving on to the next review. To aru kagaku no railgun is somewhat link to 'To aru majutsu no index'. It is actually a side story featuring mainly just misaka mikoto herself. While Touma and index had their part of  story in majutsu index, misaka had her own in kagaku railgun. Misaka mikoto is proven to be 1 of the important characters in the anime, having a strong appearance in the first episode of majutsu index and having her own anime. She is known as 'Railgun', one of the level 5 esper in academy city She is my favourite character in the anime of course, no doubt!

This amine features misaka mikoto as the main. There will also be other side characters to make the story more entertaining. Shirai kuroko, a teleporting esper. Kazari Uiharu, kuroko's partner in judgement. Ruiko saten, Uiharu close friend. Misaka mikoto, ranked 3rd among the top espers in academy city together with shirai kuroko, a level 3 esper attended tokowadai, a private school only for the rich and high-leveled. Uiharu and saten are low level espers. This anime does not have so much action compared to majutsu index, humor is there of course. This anime is considered those kind of passing everyday life and counters what is in the face of them. Sometimes, exciting adventures, sometimes just goofing around, showing how life is in academy city. Nonetheless, it is a great anime, everything in a good package, nothing more nothing less. There is a season 2, coming out like around september 2011. I am so looking forward to its release. So stay tune, and for those who have not watch this anime, you should just watch it. You will not regret, i assured you!


Opening songs for this anime are 'Only my railgun' and 'level 5-judgelight'. Both by fripside. I would say these are awesome. I even spam them on my way to school. Great anime with great openings, this anime is FTW!!!
