Proceeding to season 2. Assuming you guys have just watched season 1, you should roughly know the story goes on with roman catholic church against academy city. Touma gets dragged into the mess as hes the most capable person being able to deal with magicians with hes imagine breaker. Season 1 ends off with touma defeating the magician with the 'Rock' summoning and the appearance of kazakiri. Season 2 comes back with a more intense storyline, nonetheless sufficient humor.

Rating: 9.5/10

Season 2 comes with new faces, espers and magicians. Opponents are of course stronger than the previous, touma would need more than what it takes to bring them down. Stories of other characters would continue, like misaka  mikoto and accelerator etc. You would come to love them sooner or later!

Opponents come in right after another, stronger than before. All with only one goal, destroy academy city. Touma and his friends would have to deal with it and protect academy city. As you all should have known from season 1, touma loves being a hero, converting all the previously bad guys into good guys with just his 'noblely' word of speech. Of course you would expect more of these in season 2. Awesome anime i would say, abit of everything compiled together. Satisfying much!

Opening songs for season 2 are 'No Buts' and 'See visions'. Once again, by Mami Kawada, awesome artist! It takes time to appreciate these songs, so please be patient and don't judge the song just by hearing it once.
